Outdoors or under a tent. Haul-out, launching, winterisation and service are booked as extras and priced separately.
Engine service & emergency help
Service for outboards and inboards — two-stroke, four-stroke, petrol and diesel. Drive service, winterisation, filter and fluid changes.
Half-finished hulls
Buy a half-finished Smuggler hull. We finish it to your wishes, or deliver it for you to complete yourself.

Smuggler new builds
Since 2001 we have built classic Smuggler boats by hand at our premises in Norrtälje. We own the original moulds and build every boat from scratch, tailored to each customer. Nobody else builds genuine Smuggler boats.
We offer the Smuggler 21 (daycruiser), Smuggler 24 (weekender), Smuggler 28 and Smuggler RS (high performance). Contact us for orders and prices.
Repairs
We carry out GRP and engine repairs on all types of boat, not only Smugglers. We take in all makes and ages for fault-finding, hull repair and engine overhaul.
GRP repairs are done properly, with the right material and method for lasting durability. We repair everything from small scratches to major collision damage.
The work is done indoors in a heated workshop hall, so filler and paint cure properly even in midwinter. The hall is our workplace — it is not let out as storage.
Winter storage
We offer secure winter storage for your boat at our premises in Norrtälje. Choose between a cold tent or outdoors. Haul-out, launching and service over the winter are booked as extras and priced separately.

We offer storage if you want to put a caravan, motorhome or other vehicle away over the winter or for a longer period.

Engine

All prices include VAT. Remember these are estimates — prices vary with engines and boats.
The price list is based on 2022 and uprated by a 7% index. The prices above apply for 2026.
We invoice — most of our customers are private individuals. We can also invoice companies against a company registration number. Give your reg. number when booking.

Ownership & the moulds
We have owned the original Smuggler moulds since 2001. That means every boat we build is a genuine Smuggler, not a replica or a copy. The moulds let us make exact original parts as well as complete boats.
No other builder has the right to build Smuggler boats. If you see a “Smuggler” that did not come from us, it is not a genuine Smuggler.

We are at Kråkviksvägen 8, 761 94 Norrtälje, Sweden. It is close to the sea with good access to a launching ramp.
What are your opening hours?
We keep no fixed opening hours — contact us to arrange a time. We are usually available on weekdays and can arrange weekend visits if needed.
Can I buy spare parts for my Smuggler?
Yes. We make original parts from our own moulds — wheels, seats, windscreens, fittings and interior details. Contact us for availability and price on the part you need.
Do you repair all types of boat?
Yes, we take in all makes and ages for both GRP and engine repairs. You do not need to own a Smuggler to use our services.
How do I book winter storage?
Contact us by phone or email to book a place. Places are limited, so book in good time. We offer storage in a cold tent or outdoors. Haul-out and launching are booked as extras and priced separately by boat length.
How is the winter storage price calculated?
The price is based on the boat’s area (length × beam + 1 m²). Use the calculator above to work out an approximate price for storage and the other services.
Do you handle insurance claims?
Yes, we handle insurance repairs and can help with documentation and with contacting the insurer after damage.
How long does a GRP repair take?
It depends on the extent of the damage. Minor scratches and cracks usually take one to two weeks. Larger collision damage can take longer. Contact us for an assessment.
