Short notes from the yard — what we take in, what we don't, and what is going on.
We do not handle sailing boats as a rule. If you have your own trailer or cradle, we can haul the boat out and store it over winter — but we have no sailing-boat trailers, and we do not take boats in by crane. If you can arrange the transport and the lift yourself, we have space, and we can shrink-wrap the boat as well.
Looking for a cost-effective and convenient place for your caravan, motorhome or other vehicle? We offer storage for anyone wanting to put a vehicle away over the winter or for a longer period. The site is just outside Norrtälje, close to Rådmansö and Södersvik.
Winter boat storage near Rådmansö and Norrtälje at good prices. Cold hall from SEK 551/m², outdoors from SEK 284/m². Haul-out, engine winterisation and launching are booked as extras — they are priced separately by boat length and engine.
We are moving to new, larger premises in Nenninge on Rådmansö — more room for production, service and winter storage. During the move we remain at Lågarövägen and take in boats at both addresses.
We have rebuilt the site from the ground up — simpler navigation, clearer specifications and faster ways to reach us.
Smugglerbåtar AB has built hand-made classic boats in Norrtälje since 2001 — the Smuggler 21, 24 and 28. Every boat is built to order, and mass production is not something we see as an option right now.
Alongside new builds we run a service yard: winter storage, shrink-wrapping, repairs and parts. We keep no fixed opening hours — get in touch and we'll book a time.
